HAEL started its journey in the year 1986 under our group patron Late Santosh Kumar Himatsingka. The company is a group company of one the leading group of North-East Region popularly knows as Himatsingka Group. The company is listed with Kolkata stock Exchange. The company got registered as Non-Banking Financial Corporation (NBFC) in the year 1998. Kanishka Himatsingka
Kansishka Himatsingka is a business management professional with a Master’s degree in Business administration from Bond University Gold Coast Australia with Post Graduate degree in Masters in Finance and Business. he worked as a authorized dealer for Ford India limited, and Tata Motors limited commercial vehicles for promotion of sales and service for the north eastern part of India, in addition to being on board of few other companies.
Neha Himatsingka
Neha Himatsingka has assumed the charge of Director of Himatsingka Auto Enterprises ltd effective March, 2006. Prior to this, Mrs. Neha Himatsingka was an Executive Director – Corporate Finance & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Auto Carriage Finance limited. She has also held various key portfolios including that of Executive Director – Finance (Marketing), Executive Assistant to Chairman & Managing Director – H.A.E.L among other assignments. She is on Board of several Himatsingka Group and its Subsidiary/Joint Venture Companies. She is a graduate from Commerce college Guwahati Assam with her convocation In the year 2003, She shares keen interest in current affairs and global emerging markets along with micro and ands macroeconomics of Indian banking sectors
Mayur Mahanta
Mr. Mayur Mahanta hails from Sibsagar town of the State of Assam and is self-employed by Profession. He is a Social Worker and actively involved in various activities which are for the advancement of weaker sections of the Society.
